Kode Rahasia Blackberry, Master Reset Blackberry
Many codes are :
Left SHIFT + Right ALT + DEL : master reset Blackberry, Press & Hold them until LCD swithed off and red blinking LED. Remember, all your data in the phone will be lost..
ALT + Right SHIFT + DEL : Restart blackberry without release the battery, that functioned t refresh memory or to configure after installing an application.
On home screen, press ALT and follow ‘LGLG‘, event log displayed. After that step you can press HOME and choose CLEAR LOG. This code fonctioned to clear Log.
Same as your PC, you can jump to the other application. ALT + TAB n your PC, on Blackberry press ALT + ESC.
All in your own risk, I’m only give what I know. Good Luck & Wassalam.

blackberry tips and tricks
Pertama, tekan tombol yg bergambar lambang Blackberry lalu pilih option lalu pilih status lalu ketik B U Y R, perhatikan DATA dan VOICE usage, kedua hal tersebut harus pada nominal NOL.
Kedua, teruskan dengan mengetik T E S T, lalu tekan trackball dan pilih start, centang seluruh bagian yg anda ingin test lalu pilih RUN, ikuti seluruh tahap sehingga anda bisa memastikan seluruh fungsi di blackberry tersebut berjalan dengan baik.
Fungsi – fungsi yg dapat di cek :
1. Keyboard dan trackball
2. Misc
3. Handset Audio
4. Headset Audio
5. Bluetooth Audio
6. RF Compartment
7. GPS
Untuk huruf gprs masih kecil belum GPRS :
Step by step :

Sebagai pengguna BlackBerry, mungkin Anda belum tahu bahwa BlackBerry punya banyak fitur menarik selain fitur andalan push email, browsing, dan chatting. Beberapa tipe BlackBerry ada yang dibekali kamera, GPS, multimedia dan hiburan. Bagi pemula mungkin agak canggung untuk mengetik cepat, me-reply (membalas email/sms), mem-forward email dan sebagainya.
Sebenarnya Blackberry menyediakan banyak shortcut (jalan pintas) untuk mengoptimasi kecepatan akses fitur-fiturnya agar menghemat waktu Anda. Berikut beberapa tips dan trik penggunaan Blackberry:
Tips Umum BlackBerry
Untuk kembali ke Home Screen tekan tombol ESC.
Untuk mengirim email tekan huruf C.
Untuk berpindah-pindah aplikasi tahan tombol ALT dan tekan tombol ESC, lalu pilih aplikasi yang dikehendaki dan lepaskan tombol ESC.
Menerima transfer file lewat bluetooth : pertama aktifkan bluetooth terlebih dahulu dengan cara masuk ke Menu Manage Connection. Lalu check box Bluetooth dicentang. kemudian masuk ke dalam Menu Media, pilih Option -> Receive Using Bluetooth kemudian Save.
Untuk membalas Email yang sudah dibaca tekan huruf R, untuk mem-forward tekan huruf F.
Untuk melihat alamat Email pengirim Email : pilih nama kontak lalu tekan huruf Q.
Tips menambahkan Account Email Baru
Sebagai ponsel papan atas nan canggih, Blackberry memiliki kelebihan untuk menampung hingga sepuluh Account Email yang Anda miliki. Jadi tak perlu repot login Email satu persatu saat mengeceknya setiap hari.
Selanjutnya untuk Incoming dan Outgoing dari beberapa Account Email anda bisa langsung menggunakannya dalam satu perangkat ini. Ada dua cara menambah account Email, yaitu lewat Device ini langsung atau melalui Webclient Operator yang Anda gunakan.
Menambah & menghapus Email Account BlackBerry
Masuk ke Menu Utama, pilih Email Setting ber-icon surat dengan gambar gear dan panah merah. Setelah ikon tersebut di klik, maka ada pilihan untuk New User dan Existing User. Bila anda baru pertama kali menggunakan layanan Blackberry, perlu membuat account baru (Create New Account) dan ikuti petunjuk selanjutnya.
Seandainya Anda sudah memiliki Account maka pilih Existing User dan masukkan username serta password. setelah login pilih Services -> Email accounts -> Add An Email Account lalu masukkan username dan password Account Email yang sudah anda miliki seperti Yahoo!, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook dsb. Lalu setelah memasukkan username dan password Anda klik Next. Tunggu beberapa saat dan bila berhasil akan terdapat notifikasi pada layar.

Tips menambahkan Account Email Baru
Sebagai ponsel papan atas nan canggih, Blackberry memiliki kelebihan untuk menampung hingga sepuluh Account Email yang Anda miliki. Jadi tak perlu repot login Email satu persatu saat mengeceknya setiap hari.
Selanjutnya untuk Incoming dan Outgoing dari beberapa Account Email anda bisa langsung menggunakannya dalam satu perangkat ini. Ada dua cara menambah account Email, yaitu lewat Device ini langsung atau melalui Webclient Operator yang Anda gunakan.
Menambah & menghapus Email Account BlackBerry
Masuk ke Menu Utama, pilih Email Setting ber-icon surat dengan gambar gear dan panah merah. Setelah ikon tersebut di klik, maka ada pilihan untuk New User dan Existing User. Bila anda baru pertama kali menggunakan layanan Blackberry, perlu membuat account baru (Create New Account) dan ikuti petunjuk selanjutnya.
Seandainya Anda sudah memiliki Account maka pilih Existing User dan masukkan username serta password. setelah login pilih Services -> Email accounts -> Add An Email Account lalu masukkan username dan password Account Email yang sudah anda miliki seperti Yahoo!, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook dsb. Lalu setelah memasukkan username dan password Anda klik Next. Tunggu beberapa saat dan bila berhasil akan terdapat notifikasi pada layar.

Setting BlackBerry Prabayar
Banyak yang berpikiran bahwa yang namanya PDA harus melakukan setting yang rumit, untuk pengguna awam biasa akan mengalami kesusahan dalam penggunaan dan setting. Di BlackBerry, semuanya sederhana saja. Cukup beberapa langkah dan anda sudah dapat menikmati layanan BlackBerry.
Untuk prabayar ada sedikit tambahan settingan awal yakni registrasi atau aktifasi koneksi GPRS dan registrasi BlackBerry. Berikut ini adalah paparan langkah untuk setting BlackBerry mulai dari awal.
Prabayar simPATI
Khusus untuk Prabayar, anda harus melakukan registrasi/aktifasi GPRS dan BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service), berikut ini adalah settingan untuk Telkomsel simPATI.
- Registrasi GPRS
Ketik “GPRS” (tanpa tanda kutip) dan kirim ke 6616, dalam beberapa saat anda akan mendapatkan notifikasi “Your request for GPRS setup already received. Please wait max 48 hoursfor successful activation.” Kemudian jika berhasil akan dapat notifikasi sms yang isinya, “Welcome to Telkomsel GPRS Service! Your service has been activated. Please visit www.telkomsel.com for more information.” - Registrasi BIS
Ketik “BB REG 081234562539″ (untuk program MGM) atau“BB REG” (tanpa tanda kutip) dan segera anda akan mendapatkan balasan “Anda akan dikenakan biaya berlangganan BlackBerry Rp.180rb/30hari. Jika bersedia ketik BBON ke 333. Pastikan ponsel anda telah didukung layanan ini.” - Aktifasi BIS
Ketik “BB ON” (tanpa tanda kutip) dan segera anda akan mendapatkan notifikasi “Selamat, layanan BlackBerry Prepaid Unlimited anda telah diaktifkan s/d 23/07/2008. Silahkan restart hp anda & daftarkan email anda di http://telkomsel.blackberry.com. Hubungi 116 untuk info lebih lanjut”
Prabayar Indosat
Untuk anda pengguna prabayar IM3 atau Mentari, ada pilihan yang anda akan hadapkan. Jika anda ingin mencoba layanan BlackBerry selama seminggu bisa memilih BIS1 atau jika yakin dan ingin berlangganan bulanan silahkan pilih BIS2. Berikut ini adalah format yang harus anda ketik SMS :
- BIS1 BB [Tipe]
- BIS2 BB [Tipe]
Misalkan BlackBerry anda tipe 8320 maka ketikkan “BIS2 BB 8320″ dan kirim ke 889 (Berlaku juga untuk paskabayar)

Pemakai setia XL tidak perlu berkecil hati karena XL juga menyediakan layanan prabayar untuk anda. Caranya hanya cukup ketik :

Cukup dengan pulsa minimal Rp.15.500 rupiah untuk menikmati layanan BIS dari XL. Program ini disebut XL One karena tarif yang dikenakan hanya Rp.5.000,- perhari, berlaku untuk prabayar maupun paskabayar
Siap untuk beraksi
Sebelum anda mulai menggunakan BlackBerry anda, pastikan terlebih dahulu apakah handset anda sudah siap, ada 3 cara sederhana untuk mengetahuinya.
- Lihat tulisan di kanan atas, jika tertera GPRS atau EDGE (dalam huruf besar) berarti handset anda sudah terhubung ke server BlackBerry. Jika masih tertera GSM atau gprs/edge berati handset anda belum siap. Coba matikan wireless atau cabut baterai anda sebentar, jika setelah proses itu masih belum ada GPRS/EDGE maka pastikan kembali apakah anda sudah aktifasi GPRS atau BIS dengan operator anda.
- Icon E-mail Settings seharusnya muncul jika semua proses telah berhasil
- Untuk lebih memastikan lagi, buka Options (atau Settings, tergantung theme yang anda gunakan) – Advanced Options – Service Book dan lihat apakah sudah ada Provisioning. Jika sudah ada berarti kita melangkah le level selanjutnya.
Selanjutnya kita memasukkan email dan sedikit setting, caranya adalah buka Browser, tekan Menu 
Langkah selanjutnya adalah membuat User name dan password untuk login ke BIS Client. Hal ini sangat penting untuk dikerjakan karena jikalau nanti anda memutuskan untuk ganti handset BlackBerry lain, anda akan membutuhkan user name dan password ini atau mengulangi lagi langkah dari awal, juga untuk mencegah hal yang tidak diinginkan, misalkan handset anda hilang, biarkan saja account anda yang lama tetap berada di handset yang lama (jangan dipakai lagi account tersebut) dan pencuri handset anda tidak akan bisa memakai handset itu karena account anda masih exist dan terkunci ke PIN handset yang hilang.
Perhatian: username dan password ini sangat penting jadi pergunakanlah username dan password anda yang paling anda ingat.
Selesai semua ini jika anda masih mau menambah email address lain silahkan atau mau membuat email blackberry.com bisa dilakukan dan jangan lupa untuk logout. Anda bisa menambahkan sampai 10 alamat email untuk menikmati teknologi email gegas, syarat email yang bisa ditambahkan kedalam handset hanya cukup memakai protokol POP3 atau IMAP4, mengetahui username dan password, kecuali yahoo.com karena yahoo sudah bekerja sama dengan RIM.
Sekarang BlackBerry anda siap digunakan, tinggal menunggu saja email akan masuk sendiri. Selamat ber “Autis” ria dengan BlackBerry anda.
Cara Setting Facebook di BlackBerry
Agar bisa Facebook di BlackBerry, kita mesti tau cara setting Facebook di BlackBerry. Inilah panduan langkah-langkah cara konfigurasi agar bisa akses Facebook di BlacBerry:

Kemudian pilih sub-menu 5 (XL Konten).
Setelah itu pilih sub-menu 7 (Layanan), lalu setelah itu pilih sub menu 5 (PhoneBackup).
Pilih sub-menu DAFTAR. Setelah itu konfirmasi akan dikirim kepada anda "Terima kasih telah mendaftar XL Phonebook. Password anda xxxx u/ login ke www.xl.co.id/xlbackup”.
Setelah itu, anda akan kembali menerima SMS dengan pesan sbb :"Silahkan klik link dibawah untuk membantu setting SyncML handset anda http:// dst dst. Setelah link tsb di klik , kembali anda akan menerima pesan sms sbb :”Please download your Blackberry client by link below.English version”. Silahkan klik English version.
Setelah link tsb di klik, anda diminta untuk mengunduh/download yang kemudian diikuti dengan install XLSync pada ponsel Blackberry.
Masuk ke applikasi "XLSync" melalui folder "downloads".
Setelah itu pilih SETUP menu untuk melakukan Account Configuration.
Masukkan nomor ponsel anda (misal 62818xxxxxxx) dan password yang anda dapatkan di butir 1.
Beri tanda √ pada 'Contacts' di 'Sync Type'.
Setelah konfigurasi selesai, silahkan ‘save’.
Bagaimana cara melakukan Backup atau Sinkronisasi:
Masuk ke applikasi "XLSync" melalui folder "downloads".
Pilih "Sync" untuk mulai melakukan backup atau sinkronisasi data.
Ponsel akan terhubung ke server dan mulai melakukan backup/sinkronisasi.
Selagi proses backup/sinkronisasi berlangsung akan muncul pesan yang menjelaskan tahapan yang telah dilakukan.
Proses Backup akan berlangsung beberapa menit tergantung besarnya data anda. Setelah selesai, anda dapat melihat data yang telah ter update melalui website.
Proses Sinkronisasi berlangsung lebih cepat dibanding Backup karena SInkronisasi hanya dilakukan terhadap data yang berubah saja baik itu dilakukan melalui ponsel ataupun web. Perubahan terhadap data dapat terjadi dengan adanya new contact (Add), menghapus contact (Erase) ataupun informasi yang berubah misal nomor ponsel (Modify).
Harap ulangi proses Sinkronisasi (point 1 dan 2) setiap kali anda melakukan perubahan atas phonebook contact atau calendar (Add, Modify atau Erase).
Bagaimana cara masuk ke data yang disimpan di Web server?

Melalui layar sebelah atas kanan, lakukan Login dengan memasukkan nomor ponsel anda (misal 62818131415) melalui field ‘User Mobile’ dan ‘password’ yang anda dapatkan sewaktu berlangganan.
Penambahan contact baru dapat dilakukan dengan cara klik NEW dan diakhiri dengan klik SAVE.
Penghapusan contact dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberi tanda √ pada kotak untuk contact yang akan dihapus dilanjutkan dengan klik DELETE.
Merubah informasi contact dapat dilakukan dengan cara klik diatas ‘Nama’ yang diinginkan. Lakukan klik sekali lagi pada tampilan yang muncul dan perubahan dapat dilakukan (misal nomor ponsel berubah) diakhiri dengan klik SAVE.
Lakukan Sinkronisasi melalui ponsel agar semua perubahan melalui web tsb juga dilakukan pada ponsel anda.
Bagaimana cara melakukan Restore ke ponsel baru (dalam kasus ponsel hilang atau ganti ponsel baru):
Ketik SYNC melalui SMS dan kirim ke 2665.
Jika ponsel baru tsb juga sebuah Blackberry :
Anda akan kembali menerima SMS dengan pesan sbb :"Silahkan klik link dibawah untuk membantu setting SyncML handset anda http:// dst dst. Setelah link tsb di klik , kembali anda akan menerima pesan sms sbb :”Please download your Blackberry client by link below.English version”. Silahkan klik English version.
Setelah link tsb di klik, anda diminta untuk mengunduh/download yang kemudian diikuti dengan install XLSync pada ponsel Blackberry.

Untuk terakhir kali anda akan menerima SMS sbb:” Anda telah menyimpan SyncML setting anda, silahkan lakukan sinkronisasi dengan membuka menu ‘Tools’ atau ‘Connectivity’ kemudian klik ‘Sync’ dan buka XL_Phonebook dan klik Synchronize”.
Masuk ke ‘Tools’ atau ‘Connectivity’ dan klik ‘Sync’.
